An injection molding factory for PET jars and the lids that seal them — 82 mm tamper-evident lids and 95 mm handle lids, the TPE gasket co-injected in the same mold. From 50 mL sample jars to 20 L chemical drums, from a 3,000 piece trial to a 40-foot container.
The company began in 2016 with a single 180 T machine and a 1.5 L storage jar. The first customer was a local rice packer who had been losing shipments to lids that opened in transit. We changed the latch geometry, added a gasket compression test, and the problem stopped.
Ten years later there are 20 machines, our own tool room and a quality lab, but the method has not changed: design the closure, cut the mold, test the seal, then quote. That order matters — most packaging factories quote first and discover the seal problem in the third container.
Wall thickness, weight, ovality, gasket compression and leak rate are recorded per shift. "Looks fine" is not a release criterion here.
Tools are maintained on a shot counter, not when something breaks. Resin grades are fixed per product, so a reorder feels like the first order.
If a capacity or closure is not practical in your filling line, we say so before tooling starts, and propose what will work instead.
Declarations are issued per shipment on request, not once at the start of the relationship.
Factory visits are welcome; we can arrange airport pickup and a trial run on our machines.
