The seal is

Foil, foam, a loose ring — every other closure seals once, then fails. We mould the TPE gasket into the lid on the same machine: two materials, one part. It still seals on the hundredth opening.

Product range

Two lid platforms. One custom line.

Both standard lids are built around the same co-injected TPE gasket — 82 mm with a tamper band, 95 mm with a carry handle. Beside them we run a custom sealing line — small jars, dropper bottles and chemical containers, tooled and moulded to your drawing.

Who we are

The seal is the product.

A jar that leaks does not get a second order. That is why we build our own molds, run our own injection machines and test the closure — not just the wall thickness — before a carton leaves the plant.

Since 2016 we have supplied thin-wall and thick-wall sealed containers to food brands, spice packers, housewares importers and industrial distributors in more than 30 countries. PP, PET and PS, from 50 mL jars to 20 L bulk containers, in natural, colored and printed versions.

How we control quality

Three checks before a carton closes.

Our capabilities
01

Seal & leak testing

Vacuum and water-bath checks on sampled jars from every production run. A lid that fails the gasket compression test never reaches packing.

Food-contact material control

PP and PET from fixed, traceable suppliers with migration test reports. Colorants and lubricants are chosen for food contact, not just for looks.

03

Mold & tooling in house

New capacity, thread or lid design cut by our own tool room. That means faster samples, controlled tolerances and no waiting on a third party.

Mold & trial

New tooling cut and trialed in-house, with a dimensional report and seal test before you approve.

Mass production

Thin-wall or thick-wall runs on 80–400 T machines, with in-line weight and closure checks.

Packing & shipping

Nested or single-packed cartons, pallet plan and container loading photos before dispatch.
